The short version: ReorderAI is provided as-is during the beta, free for 30 days with no obligation. You stay in control of your store and can disconnect any time. Be fair, follow the law, and we'll do the same.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReorderAI ("the Service"). By joining the beta or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
During the founding beta, the Service is provided free of charge for an initial 30-day period with no credit card required and no obligation to continue. Founding beta participants who choose to continue after the free period receive founding-member pricing of $199 per month, which remains fixed for the lifetime of their subscription.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Shopify's policies and applicable laws, including those governing email and electronic communications. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your connected store and for the content of communications sent to your customers through the Service.
You retain ownership of your store data. You grant us permission to process that data solely to provide the Service. You may disconnect your store at any time, which stops all further processing. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
As beta software, the Service may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. We aim to resolve issues quickly but provide the Service "as is" without warranties during the beta. We may update features, and we'll communicate material changes to participants.
You can stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your store. If you have a paid subscription, you may cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReorderAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
