This Privacy Policy explains how ReorderAI ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or use our application. By joining our beta or using ReorderAI, you agree to the practices described here.
When you sign up for the beta through this website, we collect the email address, brand name, and store URL you provide. When you connect a Shopify store to ReorderAI, we access order and customer information through Shopify's official API solely to identify reorder timing and send reminders.
We use the information we collect to operate the service: calculating when customers are likely to run out, sending reorder reminders, displaying recovery results on your dashboard, and providing support. We do not use your customers' data for any purpose beyond delivering the service to you.
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (for example, our hosting and email-delivery providers), and only to the extent required to operate ReorderAI. We may disclose information if required by law.
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service. Merchants can request deletion of their data at any time, and we honor Shopify's mandatory data-removal requests for both merchants and their customers. To request deletion, email us at the address below.
You can unsubscribe from our own communications at any time, disconnect your store to stop all data processing, or request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.
